He has competed in the 2010 IDBF Club Crew World Dragon Boat Championship in Macau and other international and local dragon boat races. He was the team manager for the Philippines in the 2019 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Pattaya, Thailand. He holds a Grade 1 IDBF license as international race official and has served as international race official in the 2023 IDBF All Nations Cup in Thailand.
Professionally, Atty. Japok is a litigation lawyer and a full-time supervising legislative counselor at the House of Representatives. He is also the counsel and corporate secretary of various private companies and socio-civic organizations. He is a part-time college instructor, teaching law subjects at the Far Eastern University - Manila. He is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines - Diliman for his bachelor's degree, and of the Philippine Christian University for his law degree.

She is a founder and current board member of Triton Dragon Boat Racing Team (2009), a regular member team of the PDBF. She started doing dragon boat in 1998 while dragon boat was still under Amateur Rowing Association of the Philippines (ARAP). She holds a Grade 3 IDBF license for organizational matters and Grade 2 IDBF license as international race official. She has competed in various international and local dragon boat races, and has officiated in several world championships of the IDBF, ADBF, Asian Games, and SEA Games, to name a few. She recently served as international race official in the 2023 IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championship in Pattaya, Thailand and in the 2024 Asian Dragon Boat Championship in Hong Kong as assistant chief official.
Professionally, Marcia owns a Manila-based wholesale business, selling medical supplies. She is a licensed medical technologist and pharmacist, with another degree in Botany. She comes from a family of doctors and medical professionals. She is an alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas where she was a varsity basketball player.

She is one of the founders of Dragons Republic Dragon Boat Paddlers Club, a regular member team of the PDBF established in 2012. She started dragon boat racing in the early 2000s in one of the pioneer member clubs of the PDBF. She has raced in various international races and has served as team manager for the PDBF Elite team in a world championship and Asian Championship, among others.
Jenny is an experienced race official, having passed the IRO Level 1 examination of the IDBF in 2019. She has rotated in almost all officiating stations, and has served as chief official in various local dragon boat races in the Philippines.
Professionally, Jenny is a planning chief at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). She obtained her bachelor's degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
Rommel is the current internal auditor and special projects officer of the PDBF. He is also a trustee of the PDBF. He started his career as a member of the PDBF's national dragon boat men's team in 1999 under ARAP, the predecessor of the PDBF. He has competed and won in the biggest dragon boat competitions such as the Southeast Asian Gam

He started his career as a member of the PDBF's national dragon boat men's team in 1999 under ARAP, the predecessor of the PDBF. He has competed and won in the biggest dragon boat competitions such as the Southeast Asian Games, the Asian Games, and the IDBF World Championships. After PDBF was disenfranchised as NSA in 2011, he returned to his mother unit, the Philippine Air Force, where he served as manager and coach. Rommel has been serving as race official since 2002, before he was deployed as part of the Philippine contingent to the UN Peace Corps in Syria. He is a Grade 1 IDBF-licensed race official and is actively officiating in local and international races in various officiating stations. He recently served as trainee race official in Ravenna, Italy during the 2024 IDBF Club Crew World Championships.
Although he has retired from service as a master sergeant of the Philippine Air Force, Rommel continues to train and actively participate in the PDBF's elite dragon boat team. He is a licensed marksmanship instructor, is married, and has three beautiful daughters.
Pol Yambao is the treasurer of the PDBF and is a member of the PDBF board of trustees. He previously served the same position in the PDBF from 2017 to 2018.

Using dragon boat as his channel for his philanthropic causes, Pol is a staunch advocate of youth development and leadership, as well as an avid mountaineer. He founded the Damong Ligaw mountaineering group that does outreach programs in highland communities.
Pol is a retired bank officer and manages a modest real property rental business in Pampanga.
