JOIN PDBF

REQUIREMENTS

At least 25 members
At least 25 dragon boat paddles
At least 25 personal floatation device
At least 2 life rings
Filled out PDBF Membership Form
Filled out and notarized Individual Waiver Form of all members
Filled out and notarized Parent's Consent for athletes below 18 years old
Payment of Fees
Team's SEC registration, articles of incorporation and bylaws (only if available)

FEES

One-time membership joining fee of P5,000.00
Monthly dues of P1,000.00 (for probationary teams (Manila-based)
Annual membership dues of P6,000 for special member teams (province-based teams)
ID fee of P100.00/ member
Boat docking fee of P500/boat (if team has own boat docking at the PDBF Docksite in Manila)
